Prevent Osteoporosis

This condition that is a thinning and weakening of the bones effects three in five women after menopause, and one in twelve men over 60. Therefore, all women would be well advised to consider making some changes to their diets as early as possible to ensure bone health, and so should any young man whose family has a history of the condition.

You might also like to take the following:

Udo’s Oils - that provide the essential fatty acids lacking in most western diets
phyto-oestrogens (isoflavones) plant ‘hormones’ that mitigate the effects of human oestrogen

Natural Progesterone

The great news is that natural progesterone, usually applied as a cream during the second two weeks of a woman’s cycle can actually strengthen the bones and encourage denser growth. This can be used after menopause in the same cyclical fashion.
For information for yourself or doctor, contact the:
Natural Progesterone Information Service
BCM Box 4315, London WC1N 3XX
The service provides information in the form of leaflets, books, tapes and videos; and tells you how you and your health carers can obtain natural progesterone.
